摘要
随着现代生物医药的发展,越来越多的科研人员开始重视水凝胶的研究进展。在生物运用方面,水凝胶可以为细胞提供传统培养方法不能提供的细胞外基质样生长环境。同时,以水凝胶作为基础再加入合适的荧光剂制得荧光水凝胶,其不仅可作为生物探针、传感器和环境监测的候选材料,也可用于太阳能转换、重金属元素测定和细胞成像等领域。本综述介绍了短肽荧光水凝胶合成研究和内部结构进展,以及生物领域的运用。
With the development of modern biomedicine,more and more researchers begin to pay attention to the research progress of hydrogels.In terms of biological application,hydrogels can provide extracellular matrix like growth environment for cells that traditional culture methods cannot provide.At the same time,the fluorescent hydrogel,which is based on hydrogel and added with appropriate fluorescent agent,can not only be used as a candidate material for biological probe,sensor and environmental monitoring,but also can be used in solar energy conversion,heavy metal element determination and cell imaging.In this review,the synthesis,internal structure and biological applications of short peptide fluorescent hydrogels are reviewed.
