海底管道在线清管监测系统的研发与应用 被引量:1

摘要 渤海油田清管作业清管球位置监测和清管时间计算基于稳态的经验计算,不适用动态流量下清管球位置监测。基于瞬时积分原理,设计了注水、天然气和混输海管的计算模型和相关画面,在某海上油田17条海管中应用。该系统可以较为准确地显示动态流量下清管球位置和剩余时间,方便动态调整流量优化清管作业。通过多批次优化调整,系统误差满足现场实际要求,实现了清管作业在线实时监测,为作业过程中上下游平台配合联动提供参考依据。 Pigging position monitoring and pigging time calculation were based on steady-state empirical calculationin Bohai oilfield,which was not suitable for pigging position monitoring under dynamic flow.Based on the principle of instantaneous integration,the calculation model and related pictures of water injection,natural gas and multiphase submarine pipeline were designed and applied in 17submarine pipelines of an offshore oil field.The system can accurately display the pigging position and remaining time under dynamic flow,which was convenient to dynamically adjust the flow and optimize pigging operation.Through multi batch optimization and adjustment,the system error met the actual requirements of the site,realized the online real-time monitoring of pigging operation,and provided a reference basis for the cooperation and linkage of upstream and downstream platforms in the operation process.
