摘要
通过Aspen Plus软件对叔丁醇-二甲苯混合蒸汽的精馏工艺进行了模拟运算,分析了理论塔板数、进料口位置、回流比对分离效果的影响,优选出最适宜的工艺条件:理论塔板数为13块,进料口位于第8块塔板气相部分,回流比为0.8,在此工艺条件下,塔顶温度为82℃,塔顶叔丁醇含量为99.8%,塔底温度为137℃,二甲苯含量为99.5%;当进气量为100 kg/h时,冷凝器的热负荷为-18.42 kW,再沸器热负荷为3.6 kW,比将尾气冷却收集后再精馏的传统工艺能耗降低了84.8%。
The distillation process of t-butyl alcohol xylene mixed steam was simulated by ASPEN PLUS software.The effects of the number of theoretical trays,the position of feed port and reflux ratio on the separation effect were analyzed.The most suitable process conditions were optimized:the number of theoretical trays was 13,the feed port was located in the gas phase part of the eighth tray,and the reflux ratio was 0.8.Under this process condition,the tower top temperature was 82℃,The content of t-butyl alcohol at the top of the tower was 99.8%,the temperature at the bottom of the tower was 137℃,and the content of xylene was 99.5%.When the air intake was 100 kg/h,the heat load of the condenser was -18.42 kW and the heat load of the reboiler was 3.6 kW,which was 84.8%lower than the traditional process of cooling and collecting the tail gas and then rectifying.
