Practice and Reflection of Training Mode on Cultivation of Graduate Students Majoring in Materials and Chemical Engineering in Local Colleges and Universities

专业学位研究生教育是地方院校研究生培养中的重要组成部分,而创新能力和实践技能的培养是专业学位研究生培养的重要环节,校企双方深度融合构建专业学位研究生培养模式显得尤为重要。本文以五邑大学材料与化工专业学位研究生培养为例,围绕如何重构课程体系,如何培养本校优质生源,如何加强校内校外双导师工程实践指导,如何结合企业需求进行学位论文选题,如何凝练专业特色等方面进行了探讨,为地方院校专业硕士研究生高质量培养提供参考。

Professional degree graduate education is an important part of graduate training in local colleges and universities,and the cultivation of innovation ability and practical skills is an important link in the cultivation of professional degree graduate students.It is particularly important for universities and enterprises to deeply integrate and construct the cultivation mode of professional degree graduate students.Taking the cultivation of graduate students majoring in Materials and Chemical Engineering of Wuyi University as an example,its training mode was discussed from following aspects:how to reconstruct the curriculum system,how to cultivate the high-quality students from the university itself,how to strengthen the ability of engineering practice guidance of dual tutors,how to select the topic of dissertation in combination with the needs of enterprises,and how to refine the professional features,so as to provide reference for the high-quality cultivation of professional degree graduate students majoring in Materials and Chemical Engineering in local colleges and universities.
