Standardized Exploration of Basic Chemistry Experiment Teaching Preparation Based on 6S Management

基础化学实验教学工作的顺利进行离不开实验教学准备的保障。实验教学准备是一项注重细节的工作,其涉及的仪器试剂数目多、种类繁杂,为其建立一套标准化的流程必不可少。本文结合海军军医大学药学系化学实验教学中心的实际情况,运用6s管理方法,辅加信息化手段,对中心实验教学准备工作的规范化、系统化、信息化管理进行更深一步的探索。

The smooth progress of basic Chemistry experiment and teaching work is based on the experimental teaching preparation.Experimental teaching preparation is a detail-oriented work,which involves many instruments and reagents.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a set of standardized processes for experimental teaching preparation.The standardization,systematization and information management of experimental teaching preparation was explored based on the 6S management method of Chemistry experiment teaching center of Naval Medical University,which was combined with the information means.
