摘要
在高等教育提质增效的新时代,艺术教育需关注新工科、新医科、新农科、新文科的教育理念,尊重艺术内在规律与发展逻辑,立足国家和社会需求,以改革创新为根本动力,健全完善艺术学的学科体系、学术体系和应用与传播体系。促进学科专业深度交叉融合,强化中国特色,推动艺术学教育高质量发展,有效提升国家文化软实力和产业竞争力。
In the new era of improving the quality and efficiency of higher education, art education should follow the educational philosophy of new engineering, new medical science, new agricultural science and new liberal arts, respect the internal laws and development logic of art, stay committed to the national and social needs, take reform and innovation as the fundamental driving force, improve the discipline system, academic system and application and communication system of art. The in-depth integration of disciplines and specialties should be promoted to strengthen the Chinese characteristics, facilitate the high-quality development of art education, and effectively enhance China’s cultural soft power and industrial competitiveness.
