摘要
随着社会发展需求的变化,大学的形态和职能在不断演变与拓展。除传统的教学、科研职能外.大学直接参与社会服务的第三职能不断凸显。我国行业特色高校因民族自立而生,因现代化需求而强.因行业格局重塑而变。当前,行业特色高校面临一流大学建设和大学使命转型的时代命题。然而,部分非官方评价体系对大学社会服务职能的关注不够.不能充分体现行业特色高校以应用为导向的发展特征。因此,本文基于2021年软科中国大学排名数据,分析了我国行业特色高校的发展形态和评价问题.旨在为落实高等教育评价改革工作、促进行业特色高校高质量内涵式发展提供决策参考。
With the changing requirements of social development・the form and functions of universities are constantly evolving and expanding.In addition to the traditional teaching and research functions,the third function of universities,that is directly participating in social services,has become increasingly prominent.Industry-prominent universities in China were born out of national self-reliance,stay strong because of modernization needs,and keep adaptable along with the reshaping of the industrial structure.At present,industry-prominent universities are facing the proposition of the times,how to build universities into the first league and transform the university missions.However,some non-official evaluations pay insufficient attention to the social service function of universities and cannot fully reflect the development characteristics of industry-prominent universities featuring application orientation.Therefore,based on the data collected in Shanghai Ranking?s Best Chinese Universities Ranking in 2021,this article analyzes the development form and evaluation of industry-prominent universities in China,which aims to implement reforms in higher education evaluation and provide references for promoting the high-quality and intensive development of industry-prominent universities.
