国内高校药物经济学研究生课程设计调查及启示 被引量:1

Investigation and Revelation of Postgraduate Course Design of Pharmacoeconomics in Domestic Universities

摘要 目的通过调研我国高校药物经济学评价相关硕士和博士项目研究生课程开设情况及药物经济学主要人才输出国高校药物经济学人才培养模式,从中总结出该领域研究生培养所必需的主要知识模块,为进一步完善我国药物经济学人才培养提供借鉴。方法2019年6月12—19日陆续对国内外代表性院校进行问卷调查,调查问卷的主要内容包括高校药物经济学学科归属学院、培养模式、药物经济学相关课程开设情况、应开设未开设课程、本科阶段开设课程模式、人才培养存在的问题、硕士研究生能力要求及现状等。结果共纳入国内18所高校及国外(美国、加拿大)3所高校,12所国内外高校无独立学位点及方向,根据导师个人研究方向决定。在研究生学位项目课程设置方面,国内高校认为药物经济学研究生阶段应该开设而未开设的课程排名前5的依次为模型课程(n=10)、药物经济学(高阶)(n=10)、健康测量/患者报告产出(PRO)(n=9)、系统评价/循证医学(n=9)和卫生技术评估(高阶)(n=9)等。在毕业生能力方面,国内高校认为药物经济学专业硕士研究生最缺乏的能力主要是政策解读能力(n=8)、能够独立设计一项经济学评价研究的能力(n=7)等。结论我国高校在药物经济学6个主要研究领域都有开设相关课程,但从课程数量和深度上来说,仍不及国外一流高校全面,同时我国药物经济学专业硕士研究生缺乏政策解读能力及独立设计一项药物经济学评价研究的能力。 Objective By investigating the differences in course design of Pharmacoeconomics postgraduates programs between oversea countries and China,to summarize the main knowledge modules for further improving the cultivation of pharmaceutical economics talents in my country.Methods From June 12 to 19,2019,a questionnaire survey were conducted on representative universities between oversea countries and China.The main contents of the questionnaire include colleges pharmacoeconomics subject attribution,training mode,pharmacoeconomics-related courses,should be opened but unopened courses,undergraduate courses offered,problems in talent training,requirements and current status of graduate students'ability,etc.Results A total of 18 domestic colleges and universities and 3 foreign colleges and universities(the United States and Canada)are included.12 domestic and foreign colleges and universities have no independent degree points and directions,which are determined according to the tutor's personal research direction.In terms of the curriculum of graduate degree programs,the top 5 courses that domestic universities believe that the graduate level of pharmacoeconomics should be opened but not opened are model courses(n=10),pharmacoeconomics(high-level)(n=10),Health measurement/PRO(patient report output)(n=9),systems evaluation/evidencebased medicine(n=9)and health technology evaluation(advanced)(n=9),etc.In terms of graduate abilities,domestic colleges and universities believe that the most lacking abilities of postgraduates majoring in pharmaceutical economics are mainly the ability to interpret policies(n=8)and the ability to independently design an economic evaluation study(n=7).Conclusion Chinese colleges and universities have set up relevant courses in the six main research fields of pharmacoeconomics,but in terms of the number and depth of courses,they are still not as comprehensive as foreign first-class colleges and universities.At the same time,Chinese postgraduates majoring in pharmacoeconomics lack the ability to interpret policies and independently design a pharmacoeconomics evaluation research.
