功能性胃肠病应用阿普唑仑联合马来酸曲美布汀治疗的临床效果

Clinical Effects of Alprazolam Combined with Trimebutine Maleate in Patients with Functional Gastrointestinal Disease

目的探讨功能性胃肠病应用阿普唑仑联合马来酸曲美布汀治疗的效果。方法选取2019年2月至2021年2月盘锦市人民医院收治的86例功能性胃肠病患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各43例。对照组单纯接受马来酸曲美布汀治疗,观察组联合阿普唑仑治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组治疗有效率为95.35%,高于对照组的76.74%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后不良情绪评分和睡眠质量评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿普唑仑联合马来酸曲美布汀治疗功能性胃肠病,在提高疗效、改善患者不良情绪和睡眠质量方面效果更好。

Objective To explore the effects of trammebutin combined with alprazolam in functional gastrointestinal diseases.Methods A total of 86 patients with functional gastrointestinal diseases admitted to Panjin City People's Hospital from February 2019 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects and were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received trambutin maleate alone,and the observation group combined with apzolam.The treatment effect of the 2 groups were compared.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.35%,which was higher than 76.74%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The bad mood score and sleep quality score in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of alprazolam and trimebutine maleate in the treatment of functional gastrointestinal diseases is more effective in improving patients'negative emotions,improving efficacy and sleep quality.
