摘要
高原肺水肿(high altitude pulmonary edema,HAPE)是指在高原缺氧条件下发生的急性呼吸衰竭,至今发生机制不明确,尚无标准动物模型。HAPE动物模型是研究HAPE病理机制及寻找有效诊疗手段的基础,其制备方法包括低张性缺氧暴露、缺氧暴露联合疲劳诱导、转基因技术等。该文梳理了近七十年国内外HAPE模型发展历程,并概括总结了HAPE动物模型的制备方法、评价指标,力争为科研和医务工作者提供有益参考。
High altitude pulmonary oedema(HAPE)is defined as acute respiratory failure following hypoxic exposure to high altitude.The pathogenesis is not clear,and there is no standard animal model.Animal models is the basis of exploring the pathogenesis and treatment on HAPE.Also,it’s the basis of searching for effective diagnosis and treatment.The method of production of animal models include singly hypoxia exposure,hypoxia exposure combined with fatigue,transgenic technology,etc.This brief review focuses on the animal models from the model creation and model evaluation,in order to provide useful information for researchers and medical practitioners.
