超薄壁波形环橡皮成形回弹仿真分析

摘要 为了调控波形环橡皮成形回弹量,基于ABAQUS/Explicit平台,建立了AM350超薄壁波形环橡皮成形和卸载回弹有限元仿真模型,并通过实验验证了模型的可靠性。采用所建立的有限元模型,研究获得了不锈钢薄壁波形环橡皮成形回弹行为。结果表明:卸载回弹后应力减小且分布更为均匀;回弹使波形环外环减薄,内环增厚;波形环径向圆弧处回弹显著,大圆弧半径处回弹量较大;当橡皮压力较小时,随着压力增加,波形环回弹量明显减小;当压力大于2000 kN时,回弹随橡皮压力的增大变化不大;基于上述结果,提出了回弹的补偿方法,实现了双相不锈钢超薄壁波形环橡皮成形回弹的精确控制。 To regulate and control the springback of the corrugated ring rubber forming,based on the ABAQUS/Explicit platform,the finite element simulation model of AM350 ultra-thin-walled corrugated ring rubber forming and unloading springback was established,and the reliability of the model was verified by experiments.Using the established finite element model,the springback behavior of stainless steel thin-wall corrugated ring rubber forming was obtained.The results show that the stress decreases and the distribution is more uniform after unloading springback.The springback makes the outer ring of corrugated ring thinner and the inner ring thicker.The springback is significant at the radial arc of corrugated ring,and the springback is large at the large arc radius.When the rubber pressure is small,as the pressure increases,the sprinback of corrugated ring decreases obviously.When the pressure is greater than 2000 kN,the springback does not change much with the increase of rubber pressure.Based on the above results,the compensation method of springback was proposed,and the precise control of springback of duplex stainless steel ultra-thin-walled corrugated ring rubber forming was realized.
