摘要
为获得性能优异的镁铝层合板,利用不同的双温段热轧工艺得到热轧扩散态及热轧相变态镁铝层合板。通过拉伸试验、扫描电镜和能谱分析等对其组织、拉伸特性与断裂特征进行了分析。结果表明:在热轧扩散态层合板中,其扩散层厚度为6.6μm,在镁层出现了应力集中和45°切向断裂,其RD与TD方向的抗拉强度分别为95.6和182.2 MPa;在热轧相变态层合板中,其扩散层厚度约13.4μm,镁层的变形不均匀有所减弱,在拉伸中更易受正应力作用发生韧性断裂,其RD与TD方向的抗拉强度分别为162.9和195.0 MPa。
To obtain Mg-Al laminates with excellent properties,the diffusion and phase transformation of Mg-Al laminates were obtained using different hot rolling processes at double-temperature section.The microstructure,tensile characteristics and fracture characteristics were analyzed by tensile tests,scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum analysis.The results show that in the hot rolling diffusion state of laminates,the thickness of diffusion layer is 6.6μm,the stress concentration and 45°tangential fracture occur in magnesium layer,and the tensile strength in RD direction and TD direction are 95.6 and 182.2 MPa,respectively.In the hot rolling phase transformation laminates,the thickness of diffusion layer is 13.4μm,the uneven deformation of magnesium layer is reduced,and the ductile fracture is more likely to occur under normal stress during tensile,and the tensile strength in RD direction and TD direction are 162.9 and 195.0 MPa,respectively.
