社区文化养老服务指数构建研究

Research on the Construction of Community Cultural Elderly Care Service Index

通过构建社区文化养老服务评价指标体系,结合我国社区发展自身情况,对社区文化养老现状进行评估,以进一步提高社区文化养老服务的质量。通过采用文献研究法和Delphi法形成社区文化养老服务的评价指标体系,运用综合评分法对各级指标进行权重估计,构建了社区文化养老服务的评价指标体系,该体系包括5个一级指标(组织体系、项目设置、人力建设、服务质量、收益)和20个二级指标。构建的指标体系有着较好的科学性和可靠性,有助于评价社区养老服务的质量,并为改善社区文化养老服务提供了参考方向。

To construct the evaluation index system of community cultural endowment, and to evaluate the current situation of community cultural endowment according to the situation of our country, so as to further improve the quality of community cultural endowment. The evaluation index system of community cultural endowment was formed on the basis of literature research and Delphi method, and then the comprehensive scoring method was used to estimate the weight of all levels of indicators. The evaluation index system of community cultural endowment service was constructed. The model included 5 first-level indicators(organizational system, project setting, manpower construction, service quality, income) and 20 second-level indicators. The index system is scientific and reliable, which is helpful to evaluate the quality of community cultural endowment service and provides a reference direction for the improvement of community cultural endowment.
