摘要 近年来,国家为更好进行污染防治和生态保护出台了一系列政策,企业作为国家的一分子为此也制定了绿色目标。企业绿色目标的实现离不开每一位员工的绿色思想和行为,由此可见员工绿色行为的重要性。对于员工绿色行为而言,其是任务相关还是自愿的,会影响到员工的积极性和绿色目标的持久性。在中国情境背景下,从政治、经济、文化和社会四个角度分析如何达到绿色人力资源管理中的“三态”和谐,能否通过达到“三态”和谐而让员工的绿色行为从任务相关向自愿转变,最终使绿色目标更加容易实现和持续发展。 In recent years, our country has issued a series of policies for better pollution prevention and ecological protection. As a part of the nation, enterprises also have formulated green goals. The realization of an enterprise’s green goal is inseparable from the green thoughts and behavior of their employees, which shows the importance of employee green behavior. For employees’ green behavior, whether it is task-related or voluntary, will affect employees’ enthusiasm and the persistence of green goals. Therefore, under the background of China’s situation,this paper will analyze how to achieve the “three-state harmony”in green human resource management from the perspectives of politics, economy, culture and society, and whether it can change employees’ green behavior from task-related to voluntary, so as to make the green goal easier to achieve and lasting.
