使用RMAN方式实现医院信息系统数据库升级实践

Updating of hospital information system database based on RMAN

文章从两个方面介绍了医院信息系统数据库升级工作:第一,调研、论证和测试历史数据迁移方案;第二,制定对应的信息系统突发事件应急预案。升级实践实现了信息系统数服务器硬件升级,服务器操作系统由Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.8升级为Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.9,数据库由Oracle Database 11g升级为Oracle Database 19c,并使用RMAN方式实现了历史电子病历数据无损迁移。升级后信息系统数据库性能明显提高,且其升级过程对其他大型医院具有一定参考价值。

This paper introduces updating of practice of hospital information system database from two aspects:Firstly,historical data migration scheme was investigated,surveyed,demonstrated and tested and secondly,corresponding emergency response plan for information system was formulated.As a result,the server hardware of the information system was updated:The server operating system was updated from Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.8 to Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.9 and the database from Oracle Database 11g to Oracle Database 19c.The RMAN method was used to nondestructively transfer historical electronic medical record data.After the updating,the performance of the hospital information system database has been significantly improved,and the updating process is of significance for other large hospitals.
