Medical waste information system promotes medical waste disposition

医疗废物传统管理模式采用手工操作进行称重、交接,存在数据不准、缺乏统计等诸多弊端,难以实现有效的监督管理。为此,探索运用医疗废物信息系统,实现医疗废物全过程闭环管理,从而规范医疗废物的收集、交接、入库、出库、处置等多个环节管理工作,形成完整规范的医疗废物管理体系。

In the traditional mode for medical waste disposition,medical waste is disposed by manual weighing and handover,which has many disadvantages such as inaccurate data and lack of statistics and thereby causes inefficient supervision and management.Therefore,our hospital actively explored the use of medical waste information system to realize the closed-loop management of the whole process of medical waste.Thus the management of multiple links such as collection,handover,warehousing,outbound and disposal of medical waste could be standardized,and a complete and standardized medical waste management system could be arranged.
