中医专业住院医师规范化培训影像科教学中存在的问题及对策

Problems and countermeasures in radiological teaching of standardized training for resident doctors of Traditional Chinese Medicine

中医临床专业住院医师是住院医师规范化培训的主体之一,影像科属于规范化培训的必轮科室,但他们普遍存在解剖知识不扎实、影像理论基础薄弱等问题,如何在较短的轮训周期内提升学生们的影像学技能,这是影像科规培教学迫切需要解决的问题。本文基于影像科教研室规培带教经验,分析中医专业住院医师轮科存在的问题并提出相应策略,以其为中医临床医师提供知识全面、重点突出、针对性强的影像技能培训,提高规培质量。

Clinical Chinese medicine residents are the main participants of the standardized training.Rotation in the Department of Radiology is important for residents during the standardized training,but they often have some obstacles such as incomplete anatomical knowledge and poor theoretical basis of imaging during the rotation.It is urgent in radiology teaching to improve students’imaging skills within a short training cycle.Based on the teaching and training experience from the teaching and research department of radiology,this paper analyzed the problems existing in the rotation of resident doctors of traditional Chinese medicine,and put forward corresponding strategies,so as to provide comprehensive knowledge,prominent focus and highly targeted imaging skill training for TCM clinicians and to improve the quality of training.
