摘要 为了提高对靶喷雾技术中对靶准确性,采用OV7670模块采集目标的图像信息、STM32和51单片机作控制核心、三维丝杠为动作机构构建一种基于单片机的对靶装置。视觉系统用OV7670模块采集目标图像信息,采集的图像信息经过缓存芯片传送至STM32单片机,STM32单片机先将传送过的图像经过二值化处理再通过4邻域扫描确定目标图像的大小与图像坐标,并将坐标通过串口传送至51单片机,51单片机获得坐标信息通过动态定位算法获得三维丝杠步进电机所需脉冲数,从而控制三维丝杠动作实现对目标的精准对靶。试验结果表明:此对靶装置实现了对目标的采集、识别、分析、处理与对靶操作,对靶误差率在±10%以内。基于单片机的对靶装置将两个系统分开设计,再统一进行调试增加了系统的稳定性,将OV7670模块放置在动作机构上提高调试过程中的稳定性,减少了对靶误差率。 In order to improve the accuracy of target alignment in the target spray technology,the OV7670 module is used to collect the image information of the target,the STM32 and 51 single chip microcomputer(SCM)are used as the control core,and the three⁃dimensional screw is used as the action mechanism to construct a target alignment device based on SCM.The OV7670 module is adopted in the vision system to collect the target image information,and the collected image information is transmitted to the SCM STM32 through the buffer chip.The binary processing of the transmitted image is performed first by SCM STM32.The 4 neighbourhood scan of the processed image is conducted to determine the size and coordinates of the target image and then the coordinates are transmitted to the 51 SCM through the serial port.After that,the pulse number required by the three⁃dimensional screw stepper motor is obtained by means of the dynamic positioning algorithm,so as to control the three⁃dimensional screw action to achieve accurate target alignment.The test results show that the target alignment device can realize the target acquisition,identification,analysis,processing and target alignment operation,and its target alignment error rate is within±10%.The two systems of the target alignment device based on the SCM are designed separately for unified debugging,which increases the stability of the system.The OV7670 module is placed on the action mechanism to improve the stability during the debugging process and reduce the error rate of the target alignment.
