摘要
为保障大型飞机穿云飞行时的安全,大型客机需为机翼、风挡和短舱设计并安装防/除冰系统及结冰探测系统。首先,基于液态水含量(LWC,liquid water content)、环境温度和平均水滴直径(MVD,median volume diameter)3个影响结冰强度参数,并结合CS25的附录C和附录O,阐述了4种结冰包线的特点;其次,基于当前防/除冰系统的设计水平,以CS25.1420(a)(1)为审定目标梳理了防/除冰系统的适航条款;最后,基于CS25并参考AC-25-28,针对飞机各系统特点开展了适航符合性方法分析,可为大型客机防/除冰系统的设计和适航取证提供参考。
To ensure the safety of large aircraft flying through clouds,large airliners should design and install wings,windshields and nacelle anti/deicing systems.First of all,based on the 3 parameters that affect icing intensity:liquid water content(LWC),ambient temperature and median volume diameter(MVD),and in combination with appendixes C and O of CS25,this paper describes 4 kinds of icing envelops’characteristics.Secondly,based on the current design level of anti/deicing system,the airworthiness terms of the anti/deicing system are reviewed with 25.1420(a)(1)as the certification target.Finally,based on the CS25 and AC-25-28,airworthiness compliance analysis is carried out according to the characteristics of the aircraft's various systems,which provides a reference for the design and airworthiness certification of the large passenger aircraft anti/deicing system.
