眼库获取的角膜内皮细胞密度变化规律及影响因素研究

Study on the density of donor corneal endothelial cells and its influencing factors

目的对眼库中的供体角膜植片进行质量监测;分析供体角膜内皮细胞密度的影响因素并探讨其变化规律。方法选取2019年1月~2021年1月于本院获取的供体角膜植片116枚。制订角膜组织获取登记报告表,记录供体基本信息并进行内皮细胞密度检测。对所测量数据采用单因素方差分析或秩和检验进行组间比较,运用多元线性回归分析其变化规律。结果不同年龄和不同死亡-获取时间组间的角膜内皮细胞密度的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而不同死亡原因组间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);回归方程:Y=3711.007-11.073X_(1)-124.098X_(2)(Y为角膜内皮细胞密度,X_(1)为年龄,X_(2)为供体死亡-获取时间),拟合度R=0.64,回归模型有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论供体角膜内皮细胞密度与供体年龄、供体死亡-获取时间呈负相关,对于用作穿透性角膜移植材料的角膜供体,年龄越大则要求死亡-获取时间越短。

Objective To analyze the changing rules and influencing factors of donor corneal endothelial cell density in order to monitor the quality of donor corneal implants in the eye bank.Methods A total of 116 donor corneal implants were selected from Kunming First People’s Hospital from January 2019 to January 2021.The corneal tissue acquisition registration form was developed,the basic information of the donor was recorded,and the endothelial cell density was detected.One-way ANOVA or rank-sum test were used to compare the measured data between groups by age and time intervals of death-cornea acquisition,and multiple linear regression was used to analyze the changing rules.Results The corneal endothelial cell density was significantly different among different ages and different death-acquisition time groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in corneal endothelial cell density among donors with different causes of death(P>0.05).Regression equation Y=3711.007-11.073X_(1)-124.098X_(2)(Y,corneal endothelial cell density;X_(1),age;X_(2),donor death-acquisition time)was statistically significant with a fitting degree(R)at 0.64(P<0.05).Conclusions Donor corneal endothelial cell density is negatively correlated with donor age and death-acquisition time interval.As a qualified cornea graft used for penetrating keratoplasty,the older the donor is,the shorter the death-acquisition time should be.
