明胶基质浓度对CaCO_(3)结晶调控研究

摘要 深入研究有机模板控制合成仿生材料的过程,得到性能优良的材料,这一直是材料领域热点研究方向之一.以CaCl_(2)和NH_(4)HCO_(3)为原料,以明胶为模板,采用气体扩散法仿生合成碳酸钙晶体.用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、热重分析(TG)、X射线粉末衍射仪(XRD)、红外吸收光谱分析等手段对所得样品进行测试和表征.未添加明胶基质时,CaCO_(3)样品主要为方解石型,呈多层叠状.当明胶溶液浓度达到1.5%时,形貌较佳.故说明在溶液中添加明胶基质,可以改变结晶生长方式,合成特定晶型和形貌的碳酸钙晶体. It has always been one of the important research issues in the field of materials that further studying on the process of organic template-controlled synthesis of biomimetic materials to obtain materials with excellent performance.CaCl_(2) and NH_(4)HCO_(3) are used as raw materials,gelatin is used as the template,and calcium carbonate crystals are synthesized by gas diffusion method.The obtained samples were tested and characterized by means of scanning electron microscope(SEM),thermogravimetric analysis(TG),X-ray powder diffractometer(XRD),and infrared absorption spectrum analysis.When the gelatin matrix is not added,the CaCO_(3) sample is mainly of calcite type,which is multilayered.When the concentration of the gelatin solution reaches 1.5%,the morphology is better.Therefore,it shows that adding gelatin matrix to the solution can change the crystal growth mode and synthesize calcium carbonate crystals of specific crystal type and morphology.
