摘要
道路桥梁工程技术专业高职扩招的生源主要是退役军人、下岗失业人员、农民工、新型职业农民,他们的成长经历不同、从事的工作岗位不同、知识素质参差不齐。为确保扩招生源人才培养质量,广泛开展学情调查和实地走访调研,对学生学情特点及企业的培养需求进行全面地分析,根据生源特点,合理设置课程体系,制定灵活多样的教学方式和考核评价方式,为扩招专业管理模式、课程设置、师资配置、教学组织、实习实训、就业指导等方面提供重要依据,达到因材施教、保证培养质量的目的。
The students with expanded enrollment of road and bridge engineering technology are mainly ex-servicemen,laid-off workers,migrant workers,and new professional farmers,who have different growth experiences,different working positions,and uneven knowledge and quality.In order to ensure the quality of talent training for students with expanded enrollment,extensive investigation,and field visits are carried out to comprehensively analyze the characteristics of students’learning and enterprises’training needs.According to the characteristics of the students,reasonable curriculum system is set up,flexible and diverse teaching methods and assessment methods are formulated to provide important basis for the expansion of professional management mode,curriculum,teacher allocation,teaching organization,practice and training,employment guidance,and other aspects,so as to achieve the purpose of adjusting measures to local condi-tions and ensuring the quality of training.
