A Study on the Governance of Internationalized Communities in China's Development in the New Era

进入新时代以来,中国较大城市越来越多出现了发展中的国际化社区。发展中国际化社区治理有着重要的理论意义与实践意义,对世界国际化社区治理也有着重要借鉴意义。中国发展中国际化社区治理新理念主要有顶层设计理念、多元主体协商治理理念、营造社区共同体意识先行理念。目前提升发展中国际化社区治理水平可以在专业社工组织介入下,从营造氛围、提供精准服务、加强社区心理融合建设等方面入手。

Since the new era,a growing number of developing international communities have appeared in China's large cities.The governance of internationalized communities in development has important theoretical and practical significance,and crucial implications for the governance of internationalized communities in the world.The new concepts of governance of internationalized communities in China's development mainly include top-level design concepts,multi-subject negotiating governance concepts;and the concept of community awareness should be prioritized;at present,with the intervention of professional social work organizations,it is possible to improve the governance of developing international communities from the perspectives of creating an atmosphere,providing precise services,and strengthening the construction of community psychological integration.
