摘要
以广东省深圳市固戍水质净化厂二期工程为例,通过简化地质条件,对沉井施工的砂垫层厚度、宽度、侧阻力、刃脚下地基极限承载力、各阶段下沉系数和接高稳定性等施工指标进行计算,并将施工指标与施工中可能遇到的问题进行一一对应,进而分析预测了沉井施工的重难点。该分析结果、优化技术方案的实施,避免或减轻了重难点因素对施工的影响,提高了施工效率。该研究成果可供类似工程参考与借鉴。
Taking Phase II project of Gushu water purification plant in Shenzhen,Guangdong Province as an example,the construction indexes of the sand cushion thickness,width,lateral resistance,ultimate bearing capacity of the foundation at the foot of the blade,settlement coefficient at each stage and grounding stability of the open caisson construction are calculated by simplifying geological conditions.The problems that may occur in the construction are matched with construction indexes one by one.Then,the key and difficult points of the open caisson construction are analyzed and predicted.The analysis results and the implementation of the optimized technical scheme avoid or reduce the impact on the construction and improve the efficiency.The research results can provide reference for similar projects.
