摘要
物联网技术在污水处理中的应用是目前研究的热点。在对猪场污水处理厂的工艺及自控数据进行分析的基础上,给出了站内应用窄带物联网技术(NB-IoT)的建议,讨论了NB-Io T在猪场污水处理厂应用的可行性及优缺点。结果表明,该猪场污水处理厂采用NB-IoT需增加投资(含安装费)约3.5万元,产出值约为36万元/年,并可获取不同区域、不同工艺的各站内主要运行数据,节约服务人员的售后成本,提高了数据的准确度,便于对出现问题的原因进行溯源且便于系统的升级换代。NB-IoT的应用便于不同污水处理厂间数据的横向对比、评价不同工艺的优劣性,并为设计、管理和服务工作提供基础依据。
The application of IoT technology in sewage treatment is a current research hot point.Based on the analysis of the process and automatic control data of the sewage treatment plant of pig farm,the application of narrow band internet of things technology(NB-IoT)in the station is suggested in this paper.The feasibility,advantage and disadvantage of the application of NB-IoT in the sewage treatment plant are discussed.The results show that the investment(including installation)of NB-IoT technology need be increased by about 35000 yuan,and the output value is about 360000 yuan/year.The main operation data of stations in different regions and with different processes can be obtained so that the after-sales cost of service personnel can be saved.It improves the accuracy of data sources,conveniently traces the causes of problems and upgrades the system.The application of NB-IoT technology makes the horizontal comparison of data between different sewage treatment stations,evaluates the advantages and disadvantages of different processes,and provides a basic basis for design,management and service.
