摘要 在涉及与螺栓连接有关的力学模型有限元模拟过程中,计算速度以及模拟结果的精确度往往是计算的难题。因此,提出一种密度提升法,即通过ABAQUS有限元软件对单螺栓单剪模型进行模拟,再结合理论分析的数值进行论证。其结果表明:ABAQUS软件显示求解器下动力隐式分析能准确地模拟螺栓剪切作用时的荷载位移曲线;将构件的密度增大10~1.0×104倍的情况下,屈服载荷的计算误差为原模型的1.6%~2.9%,计算时间分别缩短为原模型的0.88~0.48倍。该成果对提高螺栓连接结构的模拟计算速度有一定的参考意义。 In the process of finite element simulation of mechanical model related to bolted connection,the calculation speed and the accuracy of simulation results are often difficult problems.A density lifting method is proposed,namely the single bolt single shear model is simulated by ABAQUS,and proved by combination of theoretical analysis data.The results show that the dynamic implicit analysis can accurately simulate the load displacement curve of bolt shear under ABAQUS display solver;when the component density is increased by 10~1.0×104times,the calculation error of yield load is 1.6%~2.9%of the original model,and the calculation speed is increased by 0.88~0.48 times respectively.The result help to improve the simulation calculation speed of bolted structure.
