摘要 针对传统人工盘点集料体积方法存在效率低、精度差等问题,提出了一种基于三维激光扫描技术的体积测量方法。介绍了三维激光扫描系统,分析了点云数据处理方法和体积计算方法,并在沥青厂开展工程应用,阐述了数据采集、数据处理和集料计算的过程,并将结果与入库数据进行了对比。结果表明,基于三维激光扫描技术的室内集料体积测量方法是精确可靠的,测量误差在15%以内,可以有效提高集料体积测量的效率和质量,具有较高的工程实用价值。 Based on 3d laser technology,a volume measurement method was proposed to solve the problems of low efficiency and poor accuracy in traditional manual counting aggregate volume.This paper introduced the 3D laser scanning system,analyzed the point cloud processing method and volume calculation method,practiced in asphalt plant,described the process of data acquisition,data processing and aggregate calculation,and compared with warehousing data.The results show that the aggregate volume measurement method based on 3D laser scanning technology is accurate and reliable,and the measurement error is less than 15%.It has high engineering practical value because of effectively improving the efficiency and quality of aggregate volume measurement,and.
