摘要 气囊压力控制系统是飞艇控制中的重要一环,针对压力控制系统一旦失效就会造成飞艇控制失效,通信故障等问题。本文设计了飞艇气囊压力双余度控制系统软件,该软件驻留的系统结构不仅可独立工作,不依靠其他设备,各子软件之间通过FlexRay总线完成信息通信,系统机构采用双通道RS422总线与其他机载设备完成通信。在系统单个子模块或子软件失效的情况下,系统的另一个子模块或子软件可接替进行工作,继续完成相应的功能和控制。此设计实际应用表明不仅提高了压力控制系统的安全性,而且提高了与其他设备和系统通信的可靠性、准确性。 Airbag pressure control system is an important part of airship control.Once the pressure control system fails,it will cause airship control failure and communication failure.In this paper,the airship airbag pressure dual redundancy control system software is designed.The system structure in which the software resides can not only work independently,but does not rely on other equipment.The sub-software completes information communication through the FlexRay bus.The system mechanism uses a dual-channel RS422 bus to communicate with Other onboard equipment completes the communication.When a single sub-module or sub-software of the system fails,another sub-module or sub-software of the system can take over and continue to complete the corresponding functions and controls.The practical application of this design shows that it not only improves the safety of the pressure control system,but also improves the reliability and accuracy of communication with other equipment and systems.
