摘要
夹持器作为声频环保钻机的一个重要部件,用于钻杆的装卸工作。针对夹持器存在的液压V形卡爪动作不同步问题,通过在液压油路中设计安装同步分流马达,明显提高了夹持器的同步效果和钻杆联接的同轴度,减少了钻杆磨损,提高了钻探效率。该技术可为相关钻机改进提供参考。
The clamp holder as an important component of audiofrequency environmental protection drill is used in drill rod loading and unloading works.Considering clamp holder existed hydraulic V shaped jaw asynchronous action issue,through a synchronous shunt motor design and installing in the hydraulic circuit has obviously promoted clamp holder synchronous effect and coaxiality to joint with drill rod,reduced drill rod wearing and enhanced drilling efficiency.The technology can provide reference for improvement of relevant drills.
