提升延边州气象影视服务能力和水平的思考

随着现代科学信息技术的不断进步,气象影视的专业技术服务、运行管理能力以及经营管理水平也在不断进步。然而,与国外乃至国内优秀的大型气象电视气象影视节目和其他由政府主导的大型城市气象影视节目技术服务模式相比,市(县)区的大型气象影视节目的技术服务运行质量仍有很大的进步空间。基于此,论述了延边州气象影视服务的现状和存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策,旨在提高气象影视服务的水平和能力。

With the continuous progress of modern scientific information technology,the professional technical service operation and management ability of meteorological film and television as well as the management level are also making continuous progress However,there is still a lot of room for improvement in the technical service quality of large-scale meteorological TV and film programs in cities(counties) compared with the excellent technical service models of large-scale meteorological TV and film programs at home and abroad and other government-led technical service models of large-scale urban meteorological TV and film programs Based on this,the present situation and existing problems of meteorological film and television service in Yanbian prefecture were discussed,and the corresponding countermeasures were put forward in order to improve the level and ability of meteorological film and television service.
