宁德市气象防灾减灾服务职能发挥的思考

Thoughts on the Service Function of Meteorological Disaster Prevention and Reduction in Ningde City

宁德市属于沿海城市,境内地形地貌复杂,加上多变的天气,使得气象灾害种类多,出现频繁,其中气象灾害占各类自然灾害的70%以上。自20世纪中期全球气候趋于明显变暖以来,宁德市极端天气气候事件出现频率增加、危害叠加,防灾减灾救灾工作更加复杂、艰巨,面临的挑战更大。基于此,探讨了宁德市开展气象防灾减灾服务工作的重要性,思考了防灾减灾服务职能发挥,提出了促进气象防灾减灾服务职能发挥的建议。

Ningde city is a coastal city with complex landforms and changeable weather,resulting in a variety of meteorological disasters,which account for more than 70%of all kinds of natural disasters.Since the middle of the 20th century,the global climate tends to warming significantly,the frequency of extreme weather and climate events in Ningde city has increased,and the damage has been superimposed.Disaster prevention,mitigation and relief work has become more complex and difficult,and the challenge is greater.This paper discussed the importance of developing meteorological disaster prevention and mitigation services in Ningde city,thought about the function of disaster prevention and mitigation services,and put forward some suggestions to promote the function of meteorological disaster prevention and mitigation services.
