趋利与避害:聚光灯式运动员发展启示研究

Seeking Advantages and Avoiding Disadvantages: A Study on Spotlight Athletes’ Development

随着中国在国际体坛的地位日臻提升,我国运动员屡屡成为赛场上的瞩目焦点,即文中所谓的“聚光灯式运动员”。如何保障聚光灯式运动员在承受社会力量审视的同时有效地趋利避害进而使其健康发展,成为亟待解决的实然问题。通过多向度地从政府体制、同行业竞争者、传播媒介、公众和学界方面观察,可以厘清聚光灯式运动员的成因,透视其两极发展的方向及转换关系。本文有关在生理活动与社会活动、认知程度与心理强度、尊重差异与变通管理、祛除固化与观念重构以及引介文化与致力打造五个方面提出路径探索的建议,可为助力我国体育事业取得更大发展提供参考。

With the elevating status of China in the international sports arena,Chinese athletes have repeatedly become the focus of attention in the competitions,i.e.the“spotlight athletes”.How to ensure that spotlight athletes can effectively seek advantages and avoid disadvantages while under the scrutiny of the society and achieve their healthy development has become an urgent problem to be solved.Through multi-dimensional observation from the government system,competitors in the same industry,media,public and academic circles,the causes of spotlight athletes are clarified,and the development direction and transformation of spotlight athletes are discussed.The suggestions have been put forward in terms of the physical activities and social activities,cognitive level and psychological intensity,respect for differences and flexible management,elimination of solidification and concept reconstruction,as well as the introduction of culture,so as to help China’s sports cause to achieve a new height.
