挪威女足曾经获得过奥运会和世界杯的冠军,是女足的传统强队,挪威男足近年来不断涌现出实力强劲的年轻球员,为挪威男足的复兴奠定了雄厚的人才储备,从全民运动到人才井喷,挪威足球模式为其发展提供了制度保障。本文采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法对挪威足球发展模式进行研究可知,挪威足球依靠挪威体育委员会的顶层设计,足球文化的家庭熏陶,使得足球运动深入人心,不同层级的教练员培养为全民参与足球运动提供了人力资源,精英运动员的选拔和培养为在竞技体育层面完成了最终的突破。通过对挪威足球的发展理念和模式进行研究,可为我国足球发展提供借鉴。

The Norwegian women’s football team has won the Olympic Games and the World Cup.It is a traditional strong team in the women’s football team.In recent years,there emerged talented young players continuously in the Norwegian men’s football team,which has laid a solid talent pool for the revival of the Norwegian men’s football team.From national sports to essential source of talents,the Norwegian football model provides an institutional guarantee for its development.Using the methods of literature and logical analysis to study the development model of Norwegian football,the paper found that Norwegian football relies on the top-level design of the Norwegian Sports Committee,and the family nurture of football culture has made football deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.With the development of human resources,the selection and training of elite athletes has completed the final breakthrough in the level of competitive sports.Through the research on the development concept and model of Norwegian football,it is hoped to provide reference for the development of football in China.
