摘要
运用文献资料法、心理测量法、实验法、对比法等对儿童的注意力进行了研究,旨在对儿童在平时的训练及生活等方面的表现进行评价,探讨以乒乓球为手段的运动感知觉训练是否对儿童注意力的改善有所帮助。结果表明:中等强度的乒乓球感知觉训练对儿童的注意力改善有显著性意义(P<0.05);在注意力发展敏感期阶段(6-7岁)注重对其注意力的培养可达到更理想效果;对儿童进行12周的运动感知觉干预,可对其注意力的发展有明显作用;对儿童注意力进行运动干预时,采用形式多样、内容丰富的运动感知觉训练,可做到吸引儿童、使儿童保持运动兴趣的相关结论。
This paper studies the attention of children by using the methods of literature review,psychological measurement,experiment and comparative analysis.The purpose of this study is to evaluate the performance of children in daily training and life and explore whether motor perception training by means of table tennis can help improve children’s attention.Through the experimental study,it is concluded that the moderate intensity of table tennis perception training has a significant effect on the improvement of children’s attention(P<0.05);Attention training at the sensitive stage of attention development(6-7 years old)can achieve better results.The intervention of motor sensation and perception for 12 weeks has obvious effect on the development of children’s attention.The conclusion is that various forms and rich contents of motor perception training can attract children and keep children’s interest in sports.
