基层党校教师“用学术讲政治”的困境及突围之策

摘要 教学是各级党校的中心工作,“用学术讲政治”的要求对新时代党校教师治学、教学水平提出了新挑战。目前基层党校教师在践行“用学术讲政治”方面普遍存在学术功底不牢、理论研究不精、调查研究不深、科研教学不实等共性问题。如何根据基层党校工作实际,从提高政治站位、夯实学术功底、理论联系实际等方面提出具有针对性和可行性的解决对策,是提升基层党校教学水准的当务之急。 Teaching is the center of the party academy at all levels,and the requirements of“improving political awareness in a academic light”have put forward new challenges in the new era for the party school teachers'teaching and researching.However,there appear many common issues among teachers in grassroots party schools when it comes to“improving political awareness in the academic light”,such as the academic research Foundation is not solid;the theoretical research is not proficient;the investigation is not sufficient;the scientific research and teaching is not realistic and etc.According to the actual work of grassroots Party schools,how to put forward pertinent and feasible solutions from the aspects of improving political standing,consolidating academic foundation and integrating theory with practice is the top priority to improve the teaching level of grassroots Party schools.
