高原铁路旅客卫生保障措施现状调查与分析

Investigation and Analysis on the Current Situation of Health Security Measures for Passengers on Plateau Railway

为了解高原铁路旅客卫生保障措施现状,对现行保障措施进行了调查与分析。从列车全列供氧、旅客告知制度、卫生知识宣传、配备随车医护人员、建立救治绿色通道等方面阐述现行高原铁路旅客卫生的保障措施。对供氧口氧浓度、车厢供氧情况进行检测,结果显示采用弥散式供氧,车厢氧浓度基本能满足旅客的供氧需求,4500~5000 m海拔区间不同车厢间供氧浓度存在一定差异。进而提出应重视供氧设备的检查和维护、提高旅客健康资料管理信息化水平、加强卫生知识宣传等建议,以进一步提升供氧效果、保证旅客健康。

The investigation and analysis of the current railway health guarantee measures are carried out to understand the current situation of plateau passengers.This paper expounds the current health guarantee measures for passengers on plateau railway from the aspects of oxygen supply for the whole train,passenger notification system,health knowledge publicity,allocation of medical staff on board,establishment of green channel for treatment and so on.The oxygen concentration at the oxygen supply port and the oxygen supply in the carriage are detected.The results show that the oxygen concentration in the carriage with diffuse oxygen supply can basically meet the oxygen supply needs of passengers.There are some differences in the oxygen supply concentration between different carriages in the altitude range of 4500~5000 m.Then it puts forward some suggestions that we should pay attention to the inspection and maintenance of oxygen supply equipment,improve the informatization level of passenger health data management,and strengthen the publicity of health knowledge,so as to further improve the effect of oxygen supply and ensure the health of passengers.
