Recent advances in surgical treatment of patent ductus arteriosus in premature infants

摘要 早产儿动脉导管未闭(patent ductus arteriosus,PDA)的发病率较高,特别是在出生胎龄<28周的超早产儿(extremely preterm infant,EPI)中。血流动力学异常的PDA如持续存在,不仅可引起一系列并发症,还是早产儿死亡率升高的重要危险因素。关于早产儿PDA的管理一直是新生儿医学领域的热点,本文从PDA手术干预指征及手术疗效出发,对早产儿PDA的手术治疗进展作一综述。 Patent ductus arteriosus(PDA)has a relatively high incidence in preterm infants,especially in extremely premature infants(EPI)with a gestational age under 28 weeks.Continuous opening of PDA with abnormal hemodynamics not only causes a series of complications,but also acts as an important factor for a rising mortality of premature infants.Managing PDA in premature infants has always been a hot spot in neonatal medicine.This review summarized intervention indications and surgical efficacies of PDA in premature infants.
