Research on the Ways to Improve the Quality of Postgraduate Education in local College and University During the New Era

新时期地方高校研究生教育发展存在如下问题:生源的“数”与“质”矛盾、课程设置与授课模式的不匹配、导师指导行为失范、评价机制以及内部质量控制效果不佳。对此,可从内部质量保障体系五要素(战略保障、投入保障、过程保障、结果保障、机制保障)分配策略出发,科学宏观治理,不断提升研究生教育质量。

In the new era,with the development of postgraduate education in local college and university,being faced with the following dilemmas:the contradiction between"number"and"quality"of students,the mismatch between curriculum settings and teaching mode,supervisors′misconduct and the poor performance of evaluation mechanism and internal quality control.In this regard,based on the internal quality assurance system(such as strategic security,investment assurance,process control,outcome assessment,mechanisms complement and so on),the postgraduate training units could scientifically and broadly manage it so as to constantly improve the quality of postgraduate education.
