摘要
探索服装品牌博柏利的发展历程,基于设计管理角度,厘清服装品牌博柏利如何跟进时代调整自身设计方式、运营手段与发展战略以应对市场需求。通过分析博柏利的设计管理相关理论与实践,以对当下服装设计行业有所启发。
This paper explores the development history of burberry, a clothing brand, and from the perspective of design management, clarifies how burberry adjusts its design methods, operation methods and development strategies to meet market demands. Through the analysis of Burberry design management related theory and practice, in order to enlightening the current fashion design industry.
