摘要
在网购浪潮中,传统服装零售业受到各种销售模式的冲击,正面临创新发展的挑战。通过市场调研和数据分析,得出当前传统服装零售业正面临客户减少、价格偏高、产品局限以及对热点事件反应滞后等危机的结论。结合传统服装零售特点,提出做出门店差异性、提高产品附加值、增加本地销售渠道、构建本地社群等发展措施。
The traditional clothing retail industry has been impacted by various sales models and is facing the challenge of innovation and development in the wave of online shopping. Through market research and data analysis, it is concluded that the current traditional clothing retail industry is facing crises such as reduced customers, high prices, product limitations, and delayed response to hot events. Combined with the characteristics of traditional clothing retail, it proposes development measures such as differentiated development of stores, increasing product added value, increasing local sales channels, and building local communities.
