星形含氟嵌段丙烯酸酯聚合物的合成及涂料性能

摘要 利用引发剂连续再生原子转移自由基聚合法(ICAR-ATRP)合成一系列结构及组成不同的聚(甲基丙烯酸丁酯-co-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯)-b-聚甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯嵌段共聚物,并用于制备涂料。探索了聚合物星形结构和甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)含量对聚合物性能和漆膜性能的影响。采用核磁共振氢谱,凝胶渗透色谱,差示扫描量热分析仪,接触角等方法对聚合物的结构及性能进行了表征。结果表明,同等化学组成下,星形含氟嵌段聚合物拥有比线型聚合物更低的玻璃化转变温度、黏度和更好的疏水性能。当聚合物GMA结构单元的质量分数为10%时,固化漆膜的水接触角达到112°,采用自制的脂环胺固化剂使得漆膜具有较好的耐紫外老化性能。 A series of poly(butyl methacrylate-co-glycidyl methacrylate)-b-poly(dodecafluoroheptyl methacrylate)(PBGF)with different structure and compositions were synthesized by initiator continuous regeneration atom transfer radical polymerization(ICAR-ATRP).The influence of polymer structure and GMA content and on polymer properties and coating performance were explored.The structure and performance of the polymers were characterized by 1H-NMR,GPC,DSC,contact angle and other methods.The results show that the star-shaped fluorinated block polymers have lower glass transition temperature,viscosity and better water contact angles compared with linear polymers with the same chemical composition.When the mass fraction of GMA structural unit is 10%,the water contact angle of the cured coatings reaches 112°.Good UV aging resistance can be obtained when the star polymer is formulated with self-made alicyclic amine curing agent.
