摘要
实验中以国家标准物质GBW07401、GBW07403、GBW07407、GBW07408经混酸消解后的溶液作为混合标准工作系列,选择合适的分析谱线,采取电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES)测定土壤中多种元素,实验中可知各元素方法精密度(RSD,n=11)为0.70%-6.89%,测定值与国家标准物质认定值基本符合。
In the experiment,the solutions of national reference materials GBW07401,GBW07403,GBW07407 and GBW07408 digested by mixed acid were used as the mixed standard working series,Select the appropriate analytical spectralline,Inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-OES)was used to determine various elements in soil,In the experiment,the precision of each element method(RSD,n=11)is 0.70%-6.89%,the measured value is basically consistent with the certified value of national reference materials.
