地面气象监测服务是气象台站最基本和最关键的工作职责,地面气象监测服务的质量是反映地面气象观测工作水准的一个关键指标。基于此,以内蒙古地区为例,系统分析了影响地面气象监测服务品质的各种因素,并给出了地面气象监测的质量控制措施,以供相关部分参考。

Surface meteorological monitoring service is the most basic and key duty of meteorological stations,and the quality of surface meteorological monitoring service is a key index reflecting the level of surface meteorological observation work.Based on this,taking Inner Mongolia as an example,this paper systematically analyzed the various factors affecting the quality of surface meteorological monitoring services,and gave the quality control measures of surface meteorological monitoring for reference.
