摘要
以1980—2019年塔里木盆地周边42个县(市)大风灾害的出现次数、死亡人数、倒塌房屋数、倒塌棚圈数、牲畜死亡数、受灾面积为评价因子,采用比值权重法和无量纲化线性求和方法构建县(市)和年大风灾损指数(Z)。基于构建出的灾损指数,结合概率分布密度函数,确定大风灾害等级阈值,对灾害进行客观、定量的危害性轻重等级划分。结果表明:灾害年出现频次越高则灾情越严重。
Taking the number of occurrences,deaths,collapsed houses,collapsed sheds,livestock deaths,and disaster-affected areas in 42 counties(cities)around the Tarim Basin from 1980 to 2019 as the evaluation factors,the ratio weight method and nondimensionalization were used.The linear summation method constructed the county(city)and annual gale damage index(Z).Based on the constructed disaster loss index,combined with the probability distribution density function,the threshold value of the gale disaster level was determined,and the hazard level of the disaster was objectively and quantitatively classified.The results showed that the higher the frequency of disaster years,the more serious the disaster.
