Treatment Progress of External Humeral Epicondylitis with Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

肱骨外上髁炎是临床上骨科疾病的常见病与多发病,其发病机制尚不明确,临床上对于本病的诊断及治疗尚无统一的标准,目前对于肱骨外上髁炎的治疗方法有很多,大体上可分为保守治疗和手术治疗,主要有中医治疗、西医治疗及中西医结合治疗,或单独或多种治疗方法联合应用,多取得了显著的临床效果,本病因高复发率而极易发展成为顽固性肱骨外上髁炎,严重影响患者的日常生活质量,临床医师往往采用多种治疗方式联合应用,相对于单一治疗方式有其独特的优势,治疗效果显著,且不易复发,可明显减轻患者疼痛并改善其功能活动,因此针对不同患者及疾病发展情况选择最恰当的治疗方式显得尤为重要,该文就近年来该病的中西医治疗进展方面做以综述,以望今后为本病提供更加有效的治疗方法及科研思路。

Epicondylitis of the humerus is a common and frequent clinical orthopedic disease,the pathogenesis of which is still unclear,and there is no unified standard for the diagnosis and treatment of this disease clinically.Because of the high recurrence rate of this disease,it is very easy to develop into intractable humeral epicondylitis,which seriously affects the quality of patients’daily life,and clinicians often use a combination of treatment modalities,which has its unique advantages over single treatment modalities,with significant therapeutic effects and less recurrence,and can significantly reduce patients’pain and improve their functional activities.Therefore,it is especially important to choose the most appropriate treatment for different patients and disease development.In this paper,we review the progress of Chinese and Western medicine treatment for this disease in recent years in the hope of providing more effective treatment methods and research ideas for this disease in the future.
