康复综合治疗仪联合康复护理对产妇产后康复影响分析

Analysis of the Effect of Rehabilitation Comprehensive Therapy Instrument Combined with Rehabilitation Nursing on the Postpartum Rehabilitation of Parturients

目的探讨康复综合治疗仪联合康复护理对产妇产后康复的影响,选取接受不同护理方式的产妇进行对比分析,来验证文章所选取护理方法的有效性和可靠性,继而为实际的产后护理提供一定的借鉴。方法研究对象为2018年12月1日至2020年12月1日在该院接受治疗的50例产后产妇,随机分为两组,一组作为观察组,一组作为对照组,各25例。其中对照组选择的康复方式为康复综合治疗仪干预,观察组在此基础上联合康复护理进行干预,最后对两组产妇的盆底肌力、产后抑郁和护理满意度情况进行对比分析。结果观察组产妇的盆底肌力恢复情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组产妇的产后抑郁分值明显小于对照组(P<0.05),观察组产妇的护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通过对产后产妇实施康复综合治疗仪联合康复护理干预,能够较好改善产妇的盆底肌力,调节产后抑郁,提高产妇的护理满意度,应用价值较高。

Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation comprehensive treatment instrument combined with rehabilitation nursing on the postpartum rehabilitation of parturients,and to compare and analyze the parturients who received different nursing methods to verify the validity and reliability of the nursing methods selected in this article,and then to the actual postpartum nursing provide a certain reference.Methods The object of this study was 50 postpartum women who were treated in our hospital from December 1,2018 to December 1,2020.They were randomly divided into two groups,one group was used as the observation group and the other was used as the control group,25 cases each.Among them,the control group chose the rehabilitation method as the intervention of rehabilitation comprehensive treatment instrument,and the observation group combined with rehabilitation nursing to intervene on this basis.Finally,the pelvic floor muscle strength,postpartum depression and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of parturients were compared and analyzed.Results The recovery of pelvic floor muscle strength of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05),the postpartum depression score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of rehabilitation comprehensive treatment instrument combined with rehabilitation nursing intervention for postpartum women can better improve the pelvic floor muscle strength of the parturients,regulate the postpartum depression,and improve the nursing satisfaction of the parturients.It has high application value.
