摘要
针对我国未建立设备可靠性数据库、未全面开展失效数据统计工作,以及失效数据收集方法和流程等均是参考国外典型设备可靠性数据库的现状,在国外设备可靠性数据库的基础上,提出以目标导向为指导的石化企业设备可靠性数据库的建立方法,并以某石化企业为例,通过收集该石化企业4年的失效数据,分析了其失效概率和可靠性,与国外设备可靠性数据库OREDA的计算结果进行了对比。结果表明:基于目标导向的石化企业设备可靠性数据库的分析结果是科学、可信的,能够为我国石化企业失效数据的有效利用,设备可靠性数据库的建立与改进提供研究方向和参考。
In view of the fact that the domestic equipment reliability database has not been established,the failure data statistics work has not been comprehensively carried out,and the failure data collection me-thods and procedures are all based on typical foreign equipment reliability databases,based on foreign equipment reliability databases,this paper proposes a goal-oriented approach to establish equipment relia-bility database of petrochemical enterprise.Taking apetrochemical company as an example,by collecting failure data of the company for four years,the paper analyzes its failure probability and reliability,and com-pares with foreign databases OREDA.The research shows that the results of the equipment reliability data-base of petrochemical enterprise are scientific and credible,and can provide direction and reference for the effective use of enterprise equipment failure data and the establishment and improvement of equipment re-liability database of domestic petrochemical companies.
