交岔巷道围岩破坏失稳特征及支护技术分析 被引量:1

摘要 煤矿井下开采需要布置错综复杂的煤岩巷道,其中交岔布置的巷道形式尤为普遍,但交岔巷道围岩受力情况复杂,存在较为严重的顶板冒顶失稳和巷帮片帮失稳隐患。针对这一问题,本文通过数值模拟分析王家沟煤矿交岔巷道受力变形及破坏失稳特征,以及交岔巷道围岩稳定性的控制途径,提出交岔巷道顶板围岩锚索锚固悬吊及巷帮围岩锚索锚固的主动支护方式,确定锚杆+双层金属网+钢带+锚索的主动支护方案,并对现场15109辅运交岔巷道围岩变形监测反馈。结果表明,该支护技术方案控制效果良好,满足安全生产要求。 Complex coal and rock roadways are arranged in the underground mining of coal mine,and the form of intersection arrangement is particularly common,but the stress condition of surrounding rock of intersection roadway is complex,and there are serious hidden dangers of roof falling and roadway slope instability.Aiming at this engineering safety problem,the stress deformation,failure and instability characteristics of bifurcated roadway,and the control methods of surrounding rock stability of this roadway were analyzed by way of numerical simulation.The active support mode of anchor cable anchorage suspension of roof surrounding rock and anchor cable anchorage of roadway side surrounding rock were put forward,the active support scheme of anchor bolt+double-layer metal mesh+steel belt+anchor cable was determined.Through the monitoring and feedback of surrounding rock deformation of No.15109 auxiliary transportation intersection roadway on site,the control effect of the proposed support technical scheme was good and met the requirements of safety production.
