摘要
为解决厚煤层综放工作面端头三角煤回收难题,冀中能源峰峰集团大淑村矿进行了深入研究,形成了一套适合厚煤层综放工作面的上下端头顶板双错支护技术方法,并在172402工作面首次进行了实施。结果表明,该方案较好的解决了端头三角煤回采问题,多回收原煤6.45万t,缓解了工作面衔接紧张的局面,减少传统超前支护工序,每天可多割1刀煤,生产效率提高25%以上。该技术为工作面端头支护提供了新思路,可在类似条件下工作面推广应用。
In order to solve the problem of low recovery rate of triangle coal at the end of thick coal seam fully mechanized top caving face,the in-depth research was conducted in Dashucun Mine,and a set of double staggered support technology method suitable for the upper and lower roof of thick coal seam in caving face was formed.This technology was implemented in No.172402 Face.The results showed that the problem of end triangle coal mining was solved,raw coal of 64500 t was recovered,the tense connection of the working face was alleviated,the traditional advanced support process was reduced,more coal could be cut every day,and the production efficiency was increased by more than 25%.This technology provided a new idea for the end support of working face,and could be popularized and applied in working face under similar conditions.
