摘要
我国煤矿安全事故时有发生,煤矿开采环境比较恶劣,井下不可控因素较多,因此需要发展煤矿安全监控系统。以晋能控股煤业集团成庄煤矿为研究对象,基于该矿生产环境,采用终端CAN总线与ZigBee通信模块技术,设计开发了一套煤矿安全监控系统,达到降低煤矿安全事故的目的。首先对安全监控系统的总体结构设计、软件设计与硬件结构设计做了简要介绍,然后根据需要对安全监控系统的各分系统进行了测试。测试结果显示,该系统达到了设计目标,监控效果良好,对提高煤矿的安全生产具有重要意义。
China's coal mine safety accidents have occurred,coal mining environment is relatively poor,underground uncontrollable factors more,so the need to develop coal mine safety monitoring system.Taking Chengzhuang Coal Mine of Jinneng Holdings Coal Industry Group as the research object,based on the production environment of the mine,a set of coal mine safety monitoring system was designed and developed by using terminal CAN bus and ZigBee communication module technology,so as to reduce coal mine safety accidents.Firstly,the overall structure design,software design and hardware structure design of the safety monitoring system are briefly introduced,and then the subsystems of the safety monitoring system are tested according to the needs.The test results show that the system achieves the design goal and the monitoring effect is good,which is of great significance to improve the safety production of coal mines.
